Alojz Kolednik from Slovenia is a chef with almost 20 years of experience. He finished his secondary at School of Tourism and Catering.
His professional career started in 1998, as a head chef at the restaurant PUCCINI in Mariba and Ljubljana. Chef Alojz has worked in several hotels and restaurants. In 2008, he opened as a co-owner and head chef the italian restaurant Osteria Bariia, in Maribor.
