Mrs Cvitkovič, the owner of Domača Obrt Cvitkovič, is one of a few traditional linen manufacture in Slovenia. She plants the linen plant on her property, picks it by hand and process it using traditional and natural methods. Later one, the process is kept on going when the thread is woven with an ancient wooden machine. The very last stage is to decorate the cloth with the traditional Slavic patterns.
The process is long but beautiful once it is classic and for showing all the care and tradition with the product and the Slovenian practices.
