The BB Chef of this week - Benjamin Romšak from Bistro Marof

Benjamin Romšak, head chef at Bistro Marof, in Novo Mesto, was the BIG BERRY chef for the weekend.

Benjamin started cooking professionally more than 6 years ago due to his passion for food. Confident about his work, he believes that in order to be a good cook, one should be fully concentrated 100 percent of the time.

He cooked two excellent dishes on Sunday, being the first twist risotto and the other twist beef.

Benjamin shared some of his experience with the guests and admired the place, sharing he really liked the BIG BERRY destination. In addition, he participated in the “Trying the Cook” game, trying the strawberry jam by Kmetija Pavlovič, the second - apple juice – Lamut, and the last one was ghee with nuts by Zlati Ghee.
