As a chef he perfected and upgraded the culinary culture in the restaurant of the modern hotel and casino Congo, at the Cubo Hotel and on a private yacht. 

Chef Jure Skok is an artist who combines all the flavours. It is always necessary to follow the guidelines in the new world and the concept of modern cuisine. For him, the appearance has also importance. Food should be aesthetically served and appealing to guests, because firstly we eat with eyes.
Finally, being a chef requires an individual to be an open and communicative person who listens to his guest and the supplier.
