Exiting weekend for BIG BERRY team

Today two projects BIG BERRY Mastermind and BIG BERRY Chef taking place at our location on Kolpa River. Our Mastermind today is Mojca Markizeti. We get started at 11 am and had a two hours workshop about values and sustainability in companies.We learned how companies could act environment-friendly, follow its own values and persuade its own goals. 

Our Chef for this weekend Filip Matjaž created a composition of fish, red cabbage on horseradish sauce, which was delicious and unique at the same time. Can you imagine that a few simple things can make your meal so special and tasteful? We had the opportunity to try it and to make sure that it works and our chef shows us that it's possible.
