Last week BIG BERRY was involved with an unstoppable fashion spirit.
In this way, we started the Fashion Week 2017 edition with the sewing workshop with wonderful Bernarda Kump from BIBI turizem - Belokranjsko izročilo. In the end, with some creativity and dedication, all the participants were able to sew small souvenirs for themselves.
A big thank you to our special guest – Marc Bell, who set up his own fashion company – MarcBell - Ethnic Revival. Together with Marc BIG BERRY created something amazing.
All the guests prepared yesterday the best outfit for the grand finale event of BiIG BERRY Fashion Week. During a beautiful sunset, Marc Bell presented the new collection for summer/autumn 2017. News trends, thrilling shapes, magnificent and cultural patterns and masterpieces were successfully presented and accepted by the local guests. The peculiar mixture of materials from different continents makes the clothes modern and a little bit exotic.
During seven days, BIG BERRY hosted several workshops led by various personalities, for example, MarcBell, Tončka Jankovič - a local representative of Krajinski Park Kolpa, she presented old traditions and techniques in fashion - and Bernarda Kump - she is the owner of BIBI Turizem, local handicraft and souvenir shop, she taught all the visitors about traditional embroidery.
