The BIG BERRY team visited our local partner, Vizir, to see how they use their equipment to brew their vast array of craft beers.
Vizir showed us how beer is created and how each part of their equipment is used. Vizir even lets the local people brew their own beers using their equipment!
While BIG BERRY was visiting Vizir they were creating a batch of their craft beer “Gringo”. Vizir explained that they let people have the recipes of these beers but certain aspects of the brewing process so that “Gringo” brewed at home wouldn’t taste as good as the original.
Vizir also talked through their graphic designs of their labels on their beers. They spoke about how they recently went to a new “conservative” design on their beers so their brand would be more recognisable and it would be easy to see which beers are made by Vizir. BIG BERRY think they look great!
Vizir uses "Brewiks" systems to brew their beer while is a company that is in the family! They keep the beer making local and within the family!
Vizir arrange a "brew day" once per month where people can test out and try the "Brewiks" system and these people can then decide if they want to use this system to brew their own beer.
