The 9th edition of BIG BERRY Chef was marked with the presence of the chef Bert Malnarič that cooked an amazing three meal courses for all the guests at Kolpa as well as BIG BERRY team.
Early in the morning one could already feel the good smell coming out of the kitchen. First on the list of tasty dishes was a mixture of red fruits and cinnamon, which together make a great red sauce that plays the role to compose a tasty panna cotta. Besides this amazing smell, vegetables and pork was already being prepared, being later one ingredient for the other two courses: hosted vegetables, served as first plate, and a delicious soft pork over polenta.
Bert Malnarič started cooking during his childhood, influenced by his mother, and nowadays he recognizes that his passion for the kitchen is what has leaded him to carry on this activity as a job, summing up more than 15 years as a cook now.
